From the East on Rt. 38 (Lincoln Hwy):
Travel approximately 2 miles through central business district of DeKalb to the intersection with 1st St. Turn RIGHT (north) onto N 1st St and travel three blocks to intersection with Pine St and Augusta Ave. Turn LEFT (west) onto Augusta Ave and then bear RIGHT onto Linden Pl. Just ahead you will see the entrance drive to Ellwood House Museum. Free parking is available adjacent to the Visitor Center.

From the West on Rt. 38 (Lincoln Hwy):
Travel approximately 1 mile past the campus of Northern Illinois University to the intersection with 1st St. Turn LEFT (north) onto N First St and travel three blocks to the intersection with Pine St and Augusta Ave. Turn LEFT (west) on Augusta Ave and then bear RIGHT onto Linden Pl. Just ahead you will see the entrance drive to Ellwood House Museum. Free parking is available adjacent to the Visitor Center.

From the North on Rt. 23 (DeKalb Ave) & Peace Rd:
Travel approximately 1/4 mile west on DeKalb Ave. Turn RIGHT (west) onto Coltonville Rd to the intersection with N 1st St. Turn LEFT (south) on N 1st St and travel approximately 3 miles to the intersection with Pine St and Augusta Ave. Turn RIGHT (west) on Augusta Ave and then bear RIGHT onto Linden Pl. Just ahead you will see the entrance drive to Ellwood House Museum. Free parking is available adjacent to the Visitor Center.
